OPERATION RIBBON II, Thames Valley Police

Superintendent Gilbert Houalla, Thames Valley Police's Area Commander for Wycombe, holds a reassurance briefing for community leaders in High Wycombe Police Station after the execution of OPERATION RIBBON II. The operation, which is a follow up to the first phase in November 2012, is part of an ongoing investigation into child sexual exploitation.
Four warrants under the Sexual Offences Act were carried out at properties in the High Wycombe area and four men, aged 19, 20, 21 and 22 have been arrested and are currently in police custody. Wycombe, UNITED KINGDOM. January 29 2013.
